PAYMENT:

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve studio time for reservations that are 2+ hours. The remaining balance is due by the day of the reservation. 1 hour studio rentals are due in full at booking.

- Any remaining payments must be received prior to the time of the scheduled reservation or access will be denied into the studio.

All payments are processed through Square.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS:

- Rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance in order for deposits to be transferrable to another date. 

- If the reservation needs to be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, any deposit made to reserve will be forfeited and a new reservation must be made.

- To reschedule, use the reschedule button at the bottom of the initial confirmation or reminder email. An email can also be sent to thephotodepot@haylieedmiston.com to set up a new date & time.
